Her studio practice investigates the demonic feminine, the blurring edge of mira and miracula, as well as the cultural phenomena of Victorian trance-mediumship. Her work has been exhibited across The United States, Australia, Japan, Vanuatu, New Zealand and Italy. Her most recent exhibitions include a solo show at Sweet Lorraine in Brooklyn, NY, as well as curated exhibitions at Flat Rate Contemporary, Visionary Art Collective, and Field Projects gallery in Manhattan. This fall semester she will be teaching a course on printmaking at CUNY: College of Staten Island.
In addition, Keck co-hosts the comedy-educational podcast Witch, Yes! which explores the historical, political, and ethical facets of witchcraft and the occult. Alongside longtime collaborator and fellow witch, Alicia Herder, Witch, Yes! has nurtured a community of baby witches that values safety, care, belonging and fun.
Alicia Herder is an independent writer-director, producer, and podcaster whose work explores the dark side of human nature and how that darkness impacts our societies.
Alicia is a GLAAD Media and Independent Spirit Award nominated producer whose credits include LA LEYENDA NEGRA, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2020. LA LEYENDA NEGRA is now streaming on HBOMax and HBO Latino.
Alicia is a co-host of the witchy comedy podcast Witch, Yes!; where she and her co-host, Terra Keck, look into different spiritual and witchy topics, research them, and talk about them in a fun and fresh way. The podcast has an annual fundraiser where they raise donations for organizations, including Black Girls Code, Trees for a Change, and Safe Child Africa. Through their Sabbat events and the Witch, Yes! Discord server, Alicia and Terra have cultivated a community of witches from all walks of life.

Greetings and Salutations,

We are a place that is proud to be Pagan. Pull up a seat & sip a cup of tea with us. We are not just a tea social but we will have them. Come join a social network of other fellow Pagans, Witches, Heathens and Sundry Folk.

We are a member of The Black Hat Society Network for both Pennsylvania as well as national.

We are an open discussion & social group. We have many things here in the works from coffee & tea socials, to occasional speakers & classes.

We encourage you to join us and register to become a member of this site as well as our other sites,  listed below.  We will be working on a monthly newsletter that can be found in here and emailed to you.  We are looking forward to all of the new and positive journeys that are ahead for TPBHSN.

This is a place for solitaries and coven members to build community. To share thoughts and ideas with others. Building together to make the three rivers a more positive place.

The Pittsburgh Black Hat Society Network also hosts an annual Witches Ball.

As good ambassadors we are open and accepting no matter what your age, race, sex, or orientation is.

Brightest of Blessings!
